The homes share a family of plans. Each plan is adapted to its lot, for example a crawlspace or a lower level. The PDF is one of those drawings. It is not a photo of a completed house, and house photos are still to come.
The buyer is an end buyer. The company prefers to buy lots when it needs land, and it is open to a joint venture with a landowner.
